Questions parents ask

Is the AI chat safe?

• Before a parent gives verified consent (Parent Space + an email code), nothing your child types is sent to a server. Your child plays with the garden friend using set lines.
• You can read your child’s chats in the Parent Space (adult check).
• Odd replies can be reported with the 🚩 in the chat.
• Risky topics (self-harm, violence, sexual content, strangers, bullying, personal info) are not sent to the AI; the game points to a nearby adult or a helpline.
• Replies are AI-generated, and the game says so before the first chat.

Are there ads?

• Only rewarded ads, and only when your child chooses to watch one for a small bonus. No ads at launch, no banners.
• Requested as child-directed, non-personalized, rated G. We don’t use the advertising ID.
• You can turn ads off in the Parent Space and see how many were watched today.

What if my child begs to buy things?

• Purchases happen only through the Parent Space (adult check), and you can set a 4-digit parent PIN.
• The in-game draw uses gems; its odds are always shown before drawing.
• Unused purchases can be cancelled within 7 days; a purchase a minor made without consent can be cancelled. See the terms.

How long will my child play?

• No timers or streak pressure in the game itself.
• Set a play-time reminder and a daily play time (30–120 minutes) in the Parent Space. When time is up, the garden friend says goodbye and shows a rest screen.

Where does my child’s data go?

• No sign-up; login is anonymous. We never ask for a real surname, phone, address, GPS location, contacts, photos or microphone.
• With consent, game progress and short chat summaries are saved with Supabase (Seoul region).
• Chat text goes to Groq (USA), or Anthropic (USA) as a fallback, only to make a reply — not used for AI training. We keep no raw chat logs on our server.
• No cookies, trackers or analytics on this website either.

I want the data deleted

Withdraw consent in the Parent Space any time. To delete server data, email us with your garden key (or the linked email) — we reply within 10 days. How to request deletion →
